Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, to join our Bariatric Surgery team at Community Hospital South located in Indianapolis, IN.

• Full time day opportunity
• Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Blend of surgical assisting in the operating room, inpatient hospital rounding, and outpatient clinic on bariatric and general surgery cases
• Electronic Medical Record - EPIC

Qualifications

• Experience in surgery is strongly preferred
• Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and dedication to delivering high quality patient care
• Must have the desire to practice in the operating room, clinic, and inpatient settings

Licensure & Certifications

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
