Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS), an independent, nonprofit health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network , is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist to join our collaborative team in Findlay, Northwest Ohio.
Opportunity Highlights
- Flexible schedule: 2–5 days per week
- 100% outpatient practice with optional inpatient for additional income

- 1 neurologist
- 2 APPs
- 24/7 hospitalist coverage
- Full specialty backup and a collaborative care team model
- Growing neurology program with another full-time neurologist joining in 2028
- 1:3 office call schedule with APP first call support
- Medical staff of 750+ providers representing 54 specialties
- Onsite EEG and EMG services
- Stroke-certified health system with strong rehabilitation services, including a 12-bed Acute Care Unit
- Physician-led organization offering autonomy, influence over practice decisions, and a collegial medical staff environment
- Independent nonprofit health system with local decision-making
Compensation & Benefits (40hrs/week)
- $400,000 guaranteed base salary
- $100,000 signing bonus ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2)
- 5 weeks paid time off
- $5,000 annual CME allowance
- $10,000 relocation assistance
