Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Compensation Package: $500,000+
• Guaranteed Base Salary: Up to $423,000 w/ Yearly Performance Evaluations
• Signing bonus: $90,000
• Relocation assistance: $5,000
• Retention bonus offered after one year of employment once eligible: $120,000 for 4 years
  • Paid over 4 years ($30,000/ year)

Qualifications:

• Degree: FMG and AMG accepted
• Certifications: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN
• Licensure: Licensed in California as an OB/GYN
• Experience: Residents, new graduates, and experienced providers welcome!
• Sponsorship: J1 and H1 visa candidates eligible
