Position Highlights:

• Work-Life Balance:  Enjoy a well-rounded schedule with 2–3 days of outpatient care and 1–2 hospitalist days per week, supported by midwives and APPs in both inpatient and outpatient settings to help optimize care delivery.

Compensation & Benefits :

• Base Salary : $300K–$350K
• Retirement : 4% employer match
• Time Off : 23 PTO days, 10 paid holidays, and 5 CME days
• CME Support : $3,000 annual CME allowance
• Relocation Assistance : Offered

Qualifications : 

• Degree : MD or DO
• Board Certification : Board Certified in OBGYN
• Licensure : D.C. medical license
• Experience : 1–3 years preferred
