What You'll Do:

• Provide specialized neonatal care in Level III-IV NICUs
• Collaborate with neonatologists to deliver high-quality care
• Cover delivery services and manage infants in NICU
• Work alongside team members during evening shifts, sharing responsibilities for delivery attendance
• Participate in emergencies and routine rounds in NICUs
• Engage in 24/7 coverage at Level II nurseries with in-house team
• Assist in delivering comprehensive neonatal services to high-risk infants

What You Need:

• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications)
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience preferred
• Valid license for practice in Arizona (or eligible)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
