• Shift: 26 weeks per year — one week on, one week off. On-call from home every other night

• Experience: Prior Neonatology experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Provide neonatal care in a Level-III NICU with high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling
• Conduct daily rounds alongside a team of Neonatologists and Nurse Practitioners
• Respond to emergency situations in a state-of-the-art facility
• Collaborate with readily available pediatric subspecialists
• Participate in clinical appointments and teaching at Mercer Medical School
• Support new technology and procedures in neonatal care
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• Neonatology fellowship-trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Georgia medical license or eligible for licensure
• Commitment to patient care excellence

Preferred:

• Experience with high-frequency ventilation and advanced neonatal procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
