• Certifications: NNP Board Certified (no FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications accepted)
• Experience: 2+ years NNP experience required (excluding RN experience)

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily rounds on newborns in a new Level I Nursery with approximately 5 infants daily
• Attend deliveries and provide immediate neonatal stabilization when requested
• Manage and facilitate transport of newborns requiring higher-level care to nearby NICUs in Charlotte or Gastonia
• Collaborate with a team of NNPs, neonatologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in the ongoing development of the new nursery and contribute to quality neonatal care
• Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and trainees as needed

What You Need:

• Current NNP Board Certification (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
• 2+ years of professional NNP experience (excluding RN experience)
• Valid North Carolina license or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal stabilization, delivery attendance, and neonatal management
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
