• License/Certs: Board Certified in Pediatrics and Neonatology
• Experience: Prior NICU experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal care within a Level II nursery setting
• Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists on patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
• Support family-centered healthcare and education
• Assist in service expansion and process improvements
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality neonatal care

What You Need:

• Board Certified in Pediatrics and Neonatology
• Valid Virginia medical license or ability to obtain
• At least 2 years of NICU experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to family-centered care and safety
