What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality neonatal care for critically ill newborns in a large-level NICU setting
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Manage neonatal clinical procedures and support family-centered care
• Cover high-acuity cases in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced technology
• Rotate across multiple hospitals within the healthcare system, ensuring comprehensive coverage and experience
• Maintain compliance with all clinical policies and protocols

What You Need

• Current, valid Nurse Practitioner license and board certification in Neonatology (NNP)
• Minimum 2 years of Neonatal NP experience (no new graduates)
• Ability to handle high acuity patient cases in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
