What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care across four Level-III NICUs in the Las Vegas suburbs
• Manage a high volume of NICU admissions and deliveries, delivering evidence-based, high-acuity care
• Administer interventions such as high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization efforts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including neonatologists and pediatric specialists
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
• Support families through compassionate communication and care throughout their NICU journey

What You Need

• Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• 1+ years of neonatal or pediatric advanced practice experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal interventions and emergency care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
