• License/Certs: Active or pending Texas medical license, Board Certification or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred but not mandatory

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $1.00/hr (equivalent to approximately $292,000/year based on schedule)

What You'll Do:

• Managed inpatient OB/GYN care including deliveries, triage, admissions, and emergency GYN consults
• Perform cesarean sections and assist in surgical procedures
• Collaborate with neonatologists and maternal-fetal medicine specialists on high-risk pregnancies
• Provide inpatient and OB triage care, including high-volume deliveries (~1,924 annually)
• Respond to labor and delivery emergencies and manage unassigned patients
• Cover OB floor and handle GYN emergency consults
• Support the hospital’s Level II NICU team and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Active or eligible Texas medical license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to start ASAP and work scheduled 24-hour shifts
