What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver expert neonatal and newborn care across four Level II NICUs
• Provide direct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for newborns and neonates
• Manage and coordinate patient care plans; ensure adherence to hospital protocols and best practices
• Participate in on-call duties, providing backup and consultative support for neonatal emergencies
• Document patient care accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EPIC)
• Engage with families to support and educate them through the neonatal period
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team aimed at delivering high-quality neonatal care

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain)
  • Neonatal or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Certification
  • Residency within the local area preferred; relocation may be required
  • Relevant neonatal or pediatric clinical experience
• Preferred:
  • Prior experience in Level II NICUs or similar settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
