What You’ll Do

• Provide full-time clinical care: office visits, surgeries, deliveries at Mercy Health - Anderson Hospital (Level II NICU, 1,600 deliveries/year)
• Lead and develop women’s health programs on Cincinnati’s east side
• Collaborate with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams to improve quality outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Mentor physicians and advanced practice providers, fostering excellence and teamwork
• Work closely with certified nurse-midwives and Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists from the University of Cincinnati
• Contribute to strategic planning and program expansion efforts
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation and administrative leadership duties

What You Need

• Ohio medical license in good standing
• Minimum 5 years of OB/GYN experience
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
• Strong clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
