What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive care for critically ill neonates in a Level III NICU setting
• Manage premature and critically ill newborns utilizing advanced therapies such as high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and total body cooling
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurse practitioners, pediatric specialists, and maternal-fetal medicine experts
• Participate in daily rounds, clinical protocols, and quality improvement initiatives
• Educate and mentor pediatric residents and neonatal nurses
• Contribute to a family-centered model of care within a modern NICU environment

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Georgia or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
• Minimum 2 years of neonatal care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
