What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 16 beds
• Manage an average of 7-8 NICU patients daily
• Attend high-risk deliveries and manage critically ill and premature newborns
• Deliver family-centered, evidence-based neonatal care
• Collaborate with Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Support over 1,100 deliveries annually
• Opportunity for leadership roles for qualified candidates

What You Need
Required:

• Active Georgia medical license or eligibility
• Board certification/eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Residency completion in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Ability to work in Johns Creek, GA (local residency preferred)

Preferred:

• Prior NICU experience
• Leadership skills
