Frisco — PGA Parkway

• New opening driven by growth following the 2025 opening of a brand-new, 85-bed hospital that is continuing to expand
• Hospital includes an entire floor dedicated to women's health — labor and delivery rooms, a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and postpartum recovery suites
• Joins a practice of 5 physicians, 1 NP, and 1 PA; APP oversight is optional and compensated at a flat rate split among supervising physicians
• 900+ deliveries over the last fiscal year among the practice's 5 physicians
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; 18+ outpatient visits per day once established
• Call: 1-in-6 rotation, with after-hours calls routed to an RN service first
• One-year initial full-time contract

Frisco — Coit Road

• Replacement opening as several of the practice's OBGYNs transitioned to the new PGA Parkway hospital location
• Growing practice — 3 physicians currently, with 1 joining in August and 1 in October, for 5 total
• Affiliated hospital, Baylor Scott & White – Centennial, is a modern 118-bed Level III Trauma facility with 12 labor and delivery suites and a 14-bed Level II NICU supporting newborns delivered as early as 26 weeks
• 550+ deliveries over the last fiscal year among the practice's 3 physicians
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; 18+ outpatient visits per day once established
• Call: 1-in-6 rotation, routed to an RN service first; physicians may also pick up additional paid hospitalist shifts
• One-year initial full-time contract

Grapevine

• Addresses growing patient needs at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Grapevine, joining an established practice with supportive leadership
• Clinic located directly on the hospital campus, with immediate access to ORs, Labor & Delivery, and the Antepartum and Postpartum floors
• Located between Dallas and Fort Worth with immediate access to DFW Airport — an easy commute to major medical centers with a true hometown feel
• Community offers top-rated schools, a walkable historic downtown, and access to Lake Grapevine and miles of trails

Waxahachie

• Replacement opening in an established practice of 3 physicians, 1 PRN NP, and 2 PAs; APP oversight required, with additional compensation
• Practice mix: approximately 30% inpatient, 70% outpatient — one surgery/admin day and four days in outpatient clinic per week
• Approximately 180 deliveries per year per provider (about 15 per month); 20–25 outpatient visits per day once established
• Affiliated hospital is a 193-bed facility, with an expansion opening in August
• Call is filtered through an OBGYN RN answering service before routing to the on-call provider; overnight and weekend hospital coverage is provided by a dedicated hospitalist group
• One-year initial contract; full-time or part-time considered

Dallas

• OBGYN opportunity with HealthTexas Provider Network (HTPN), the Baylor Scott & White-affiliated multispecialty medical group, based in Dallas
• Full-time, day-shift role treating a wide range of OBGYN conditions — patient histories, diagnostic testing, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
• Supervises the clinical activities of allied health and advanced practice professionals as part of a collaborative care team
• May include surgical, non-invasive, and post-operative care responsibilities depending on practice setting
