Highlights

• ED unassigned OB patients + transfer coordination
• Midwife oversight
• Non-emergent GYN surgery with surgical team support
• 24/7 in-house pediatric hospitalist coverage
• Level II Special Care Nursery | 32+ weeks
• ~1,200 deliveries annually
• One delivering hospital with in-unit sleep room
• Remote participation in high-risk meetings

Compensation – 4 Shifts/Block

• $195,000 base salary
• $2,850 CME/board certification
• $156/hour PRN rate
• Medical, dental, vision & life insurance
• 403(b) tax-deferred annuity with 4% match beginning year 2

• Bluffton Hospital , 25-bed, specialty clinics, 24-hour ED, diagnostic services, outpatient surgery/procedures
• Findlay Surgery Center , freestanding facility, 4 ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, procedure rooms
• Precision Surgery Program, four da Vinci® Surgical Robots with da Vinci® Table Motion
• Cerner/Oracle Health EMR fully integrated in both inpatient and ambulatory settings
