PeaceHealth is seeking an OB Hospitalist (MD/DO) to join our well-established, highly collaborative OB Hospitalist program at PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center in Bellingham, Washington .

· 0.8 FTE: $295,725.60 annually (128 shifts/year); shift-based salary model – fulfill required shifts and enjoy flexibility with time off

PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center supports "2,000 deliveries annually for a 229,000?person community , featuring a Level II Special Care Nursery, and 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist support . OB Hospitalists provide inpatient triage, unassigned patient care, and obstetric emergency coverage (> 20 weeks) and are supported by an active OB simulation program, Blue Distinction Center of Excellence designation, and participation in the WSHA Perinatal Safety Roadmap .

· Board?Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN with OB Hospitalist experience preferred

• • Inpatient-only OB Hospitalist / Laborist role
  • No call – shift-based model offers exceptional work-life balance
  • Certified OB Emergency Department with hospitalist-led triage, well-established Certified Nurse Midwife program , dedicated OB anesthesia , two OB operating rooms
  • M.D. or D.O. (or foreign equivalent)
  • Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited OB/GYN residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian OB/GYN residency
  • Unrestricted Washington medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • BLS certification required ; ACLS preferred (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
