Setting: Inpatient/outpatient
Patient Volume: Facility average 20 delivers per month
Job Details:
Average 20 deliveries per month
Number of weeks gestation Santiam delivers at: 36 weeks for healthy babies
High-Risk deliveries are sent to Salem or Portland and they have TeleMed for PEDS/INCU and emergency C-sections Group too
Solo 24-hour Call Coverage needed Friday (7am) – Monday (7am)**
Required Procedures: C-sections and D&Cs (they don't do VBACs)
NICU: No
Team: (1) OBGYN, (1) Certified Nurse Midwife
In the OR, the CRNA takes care of Mom/Baby, Family MD takes care of Baby, OBGYN takes care of Mom
Client Requirements: Board Certification and OR license
EMR: EPIC
