What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal nursing care in a Level III NICU environment
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
• Monitor neonates’ health status and vital signs continuously
• Assist in the stabilization and treatment of critically ill newborns
• Support family-centered care practices, ensuring a compassionate experience
• Help manage neonatal emergencies and participate in rounding
• Contribute to clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need
Required:

• North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification (NNP)
• Minimum of 2 years neonatal care experience
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Experience working in Level III NICU settings
• Familiarity with family-centered care models
• Ability to work flexible shifts as required
