Job Description

A free-standing medical facility is seeking an endocrinologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in northwestern Indiana.
Common Diagnoses:
o Diabetes Type I and II
o Thyroid diseases
o Osteoporosis
o PCOS
o Adrenal mass
o Pituitary diseases

Requirements:
Must be Board Certified
Active and clean IN License, DEA & CSR
Clean background and malpractice

Schedule/Caseload:
Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Will take call at night
Average outpatient volume: 15 20 patients per day
Average inpatient volume: 4 6 patients per week

Dates Needed:  ASAP - Ongoing
Case Load/PPD:  •Average outpatient volume: 15 – 20 patients per day •Average inpatient volume: 4 – 6 patients per week
