• Option for 4 or 5 day work week
• No other Rheumatologist in the area. Huge demand for this service.
• Strong referral base from 60 provider group. Incoming Physician will be busy from day one.
• Providing care to more than 35,000 people
• Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home designation

• Telephone triage for after hours calls
