Overview:

We are recruiting a Hematology/Oncology Physician to provide expert outpatient care at a reputable practice setting. The ideal candidate will have recent patient-facing experience, a strong commitment to quality care, and the ability to work independently with support from Advanced Practice Providers and collaborating physicians. This position offers an engaging environment with an average of 15 patients per day, primarily day shifts, and flexible scheduling options. Required Skills:

• Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
• Recent patient-facing clinical experience in hematology and oncology
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR system
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a solo provider setting
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in outpatient clinics with low-volume patient flow
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Additional certifications in related oncology subspecialties
• Bilingual abilities to enhance patient communication

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2 years of recent outpatient hematology/oncology practice
• Active medical license in the relevant state (compensation for licensure, certification, and travel expenses provided)

Other Requirements:

• Must be fully credentialed within approximately 60 days
• Ability to work 3-5 days per week, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• No call responsibilities required
• Flexibility to support staff and team needs

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Rate: $479.70
