What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, and APPs
• Conduct outreach services approximately 6 days per month in Lamar and Trinidad, CO
• Travel to rural clinics 2-3 hours from Colorado Springs to support underserved communities
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth opportunities
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Support a patient-centered approach within a physician-led practice
• Engage in limited call responsibilities as part of the team

What You Need
Required:

• Medical license in Colorado or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
• BLS certification
• DEA registration

Preferred:

• Prior experience in outpatient oncology/hematology practice
• Interest in rural medicine and outreach care
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
