• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (occasional night/weekend call)
• Hours/week: Approximately 40 hours
• Employment Type: Employed practice
• License/Certs: MI Medical License, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology
• Experience: Preferred 1-2 years in Oncology setting

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient and inpatient hematology and oncology care within a collegial team.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage treatment plans.
• Participate in weekly tumor board meetings and collaborate with genetic counselors, research staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document patient encounters using ONCO EMR and coordinate care with onsite staff.
• Support new patient consultations, follow-up visits, and inpatient rounding for current patients.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing patient education.
• Contribute to a supportive environment that emphasizes patient-centered care and team collaboration.

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan Medical License; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable with EMR documentation and inpatient outpatient workflows
