Opportunity Details:

• Supportive Work Environment and Team Approach to Care
• Newer hospital with expanded ER and state-of-the-art surgery
• Level IV Trauma 15k annual ER visits per year
• Office located on hospital campus
• Joining an established team of experienced primary and specialty care physicians
• Monday - Friday schedule, facility call 1:3 for single hospital
• Mix of bread and butter work, upper & lower scopes, colon, GERD surgery, laparoscopic (hernia, gallbladder, colon, appendectomy, etc.), breast surgery etc. 

Ideal Candidate:

• Comfortable with all aspects of general surgery
• Enjoy working in a team-based care delivery model
• ABMS Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Able to obtain an unrestricted North Dakota medical license and DEA
• Subspecialty training in bariatric, endoscopy and trauma skills and experience is a plus

What We Offer:

• Contract: Full-time, employed model with 3 year guaranteed base salary
• Compensation model includes base salary, quality incentive, wRVU based productivity bonus and extra call pay
