This high-demand position offers  immediate surgical spine volume , access to modern facilities, strong referral networks, and a clear path to partnership. Position Highlights

• Mix of clinic and OR:
  • 2.5–3 days in clinic
  • 2 days in OR (cases typically 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM)

• Monday–Friday schedule; no weekend clinic
• ModMed EMR
• Call shared equally among partners
• Onsite and nearby ancillary support: imaging, physical therapy, orthopaedic urgent care
• Practice support from 8 APPs and 6 therapists
• Modest general ortho responsibilities as you build spine volume

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Orthopaedic Surgery with Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery required

• Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
