• Desirable Practice:
  • 4-day schedule with protected admin day
  • Primarily hip and knee practice with flexibility to incorporate sports medicine or shoulder/elbow based on interests
• Tertiary Referral Hub and Academic Medical Center:
  • Multi-specialty department including orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, physiatrists
  • Strong referral network
• Favorable Call Schedule: 
  • Residents take first call, no trauma call required
  • Call opt out option for providers 55+ years of age
• Light Academic Requirements:
  • 10% teaching of medical students, residents and fellows
  • No research required
  • Easily attainable rank promotion standards
• Leadership Available:
  • Various leadership opportunities available based on interests

Compensation & Benefits :

• $700K to $750K proven earnings with n o cap on RVUs
• Generous Retirement Package:  $35K annual contribution
