• Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-cerrtified and trauma level 2, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper calls if needed. Schedule needs is 7 days per month of call per month and ½ day of clinic,  Monday – Sunday 7am – 7am. Must see half day of ED clinic follow up on Monday morning. There's an average of 4-86 patients per shift.
