OVERVIEW of DUTIES  

• Outpatient ENT practice with OR block 1 day /week
  •  Join 2 ENTs in group
  •  Average patients per day will ramp up when comfortable
  •  Call: 7 days/month including a weekend
  •  Patient demographic: all ages with majority geriatric
  •  EMR: EPIC

PACKAGE

• Comp includes Base Salary: $495 +RVU & Quality Bonuses – over $600k year 1
  •  Up to $150 Medical Education Loan Plan
