Position Highlights

• Step into an established ENT practice with immediate patient demand due to a retiring physician
• Flexible schedule with autonomy over clinic structure and optional 4-day work week
• Dedicated OR block time with additional access through the Surgery Center as volume grows
• Collaborative team environment with physician and APP support already in place
• Broad-scope General ENT practice with flexibility to tailor procedural interests and build subspecialty focus

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation package aligned above MGMA 90th percentile benchmarks
• Uncapped productivity model with significant earning upside
• $150,000 sign-on package plus $100,000 long-term retention incentive

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited program
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Open to both experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows
