Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $458,000 – $508,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient ENT care for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with fellowship-trained specialists in head & neck, microvascular, laryngology, otology, rhinology, and sleep medicine
• Participate in clinic-based procedures, including audiology testing and vestibular assessments
• Contribute to multidisciplinary patient management plans
• Share call duties equally within a supportive team environment
• Engage in opportunities to develop specialized practices in areas like Laryngology or Skull Base Surgery
• Utilize EPIC EMR system across all clinical settings

What You Need
Required:

• Medical degree and successful completion of ENT residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Valid Colorado medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Preferred:

• Experience in general ENT practice or subspecialty interests such as Laryngology or Skull Base Surgery
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
