Our Pathologists provide services for Morris Hospital, our ambulatory surgery center, more than 28 healthcare locations, and area long-term care facilities throughout the region.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation of $300,000–$400,000 plus additional incentive opportunities
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)-eligible employer
• Full Medical Education Loan Repayment of $20,000 per year

• 6 weeks PTO plus additional CME time

Pathology Practice

Join a collaborative pathology practice that offers a broad scope of Anatomic and Clinical Pathology in a supportive, physician-focused environment.

Your practice will include: 

• Approximately 90% Anatomic Pathology and cytology
• Surgical pathology and gross examination
• Frozen sections
• Gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology
• Fine needle aspiration adequacy
• Clinical laboratory consultation

Our CAP-accredited Core Laboratory performs approximately 1.5 million tests annually and provides comprehensive clinical laboratory services, including:

• Chemistry and special chemistry
• Serology and immunology
• Histology
• Hematology and coagulation
• Transfusion medicine
• Full microbiology with susceptibility testing

• Our recent  $74 million master facility plan,  launched in 2018, has modernized nearly every aspect of our campus. 
• A  new  Emergency Department  (opened March 2020) with 17 private, state-of-the-art rooms.
• Renovated  Cardiac/EMG Diagnostics ,  Infusion Therapy , and  Imaging Departments , including a  new Women’s Imaging Center .
• Streamlined  Outpatient Laboratory Services  and upgraded  patient registration systems .
• Perioperative Services renovation  (April 2024)  — creating advanced facilities for surgery, endoscopy, and minor procedures.
• Acquisition of the  Mako SmartRobotics™ surgical system  for precision orthopedic care.
