• Primary care NP retiring in 2025 and current practices have little bandwidth to continue expansion
• Join a team of 4 physicians; 1 primary care APP; and 3 walk-in clinic APPs
• Pediatrics department offers full scope, inpatient/outpatient primary care and a 6 day/week, extended hour walk in clinic. Strong diagnostic and patient focused physicians lead the practice and are trusted and beloved by the community.
• All physicians primarily have an outpatient practice but do have hospital privileges and round on patients almost daily. Average 18-20 patients on a full day in clinic.
• Office hours are based on physician preferences. All new physicians should have at least 36 patient contact hours during their guarantee period.  Pediatricians all work 4 longer days/week and that is recommended.  Can start clinic as early as 7 a.m. and end as late as 7 p.m.
• After hours, one physician is in office at all times when pediatric clinic is open. Typically, physicians stay until 7 p.m. one night/week and work 1 Saturday/month.
• Physicians participate in hospital call at Blessing Hospital with all community pediatricians (1:8 – 1:9 call). For clinic based call, APPs take first call and physicians act as backup.
• Enjoy a strong compensation package greater than the 75 ^th percentile. Many physicians are over the 90 ^th percentile. In addition, a $28,000 sign on bonus and $15,000 moving expense reimbursement are included.
• This position is qualified for National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment .

QMG is rated in the 97 ^th percentile for provider satisfaction in the nation. We employ 120 physicians, in over 32 specialties, and 50 advanced practice providers.
