Bellin Health is seeking a  Board Certified / Board Eligible Pediatric Physician  to join our expanding  Children’s Health Care Services team  in Iron Mountain, Michigan. This is an excellent opportunity to join a  collegial, well-established group of providers  dedicated to delivering high-quality care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Practice in a welcoming Upper Peninsula community while benefiting from a  team-based care model  designed to enhance both  patient outcomes and provider satisfaction .

Position Highlights

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule:
  • 40 hours/week
  • Minimum 32 patient-facing hours
  • Typical workday  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Typically a  4-day work week
• Part-time opportunities available
• Patient Volume:  18–22 patients per day
• Supported by a  24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist team

Practice Details

• Outpatient Pediatric practice

• Support from pediatric subspecialties for complex cases

• Collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on quality care

• EMR:  EPIC with remote access from home

Team-Based Care Model

Time Off & CME

• Paid Time Off:
  • 200 hours annually (years 1-2)

  • $5,000 annual stipend

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in  Pediatrics
• Graduate of an  ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program
• Eligible for and able to maintain  unrestricted licensure
• Meet all  Bellin Medical Staff requirements
