We are seeking a Neonatology Physician to join our Level IV NICU team on a full-time basis in New Brunswick, NJ.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Provide primary clinical care for all neonates admitted to the Level IV NICU, with daytime coverage and overnight call
• Attend high-risk deliveries and cesarean sections; consult with high-risk mothers on the obstetric service and with the Pediatric ED
• Work alongside board-certified neonatologists as part of a collaborative care team
• Provide teaching and oversight for pediatric residents, neonatal fellows, and mid-level trainees (NNP, PA, PNP)
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and Vermont Oxford Network participation
• Practice in a unit recognized with a silver-level Beacon Award for Excellence from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN)

Requirements:
• Board certification or eligibility from the appropriate specialty or subspecialty board
• A Medical degree and the successful completion of ACGME or AOA Residency and Fellowship

• CDS and DEA license required

Full-time compensation at Saint Peter's Healthcare System ranges from 175,000 - 750,000 USD, which is impacted by various factors, including but not limited to physician specialty, years of experience, academic and administrative appointment, and pre-established metrics on productivity/patient engagement/quality.
