Providence Healthcare Group was founded in 1995 in Dallas, Texas, by industry leaders Joe Bogan and Steve Stripling. By 1998, Providence had become one of the nation’s top healthcare recruiting firms with a staff of high-performing, experienced recruiters. Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Providence placed over 150 physicians and mid-level providers each year.
