We are seeking a  Per Diem Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician  with an Interventional Pain Fellowship to join our team in San Rafael, CA.

Requirements:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice within CA

PM&R Interventional Hourly Range is $194 - $200
