Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide skilled physical medicine and rehab services to patients with neurological diagnoses, primarily stroke and TBI
• Lead team conferences to coordinate patient care strategies
• Manage a robust consultation service with 25-40 patients
• Ensure patient safety and compliance throughout treatment sessions
• Document clinical activities and patient progress accurately

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid North Carolina license in your profession
• Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation or neurology
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

• Previous leadership experience in healthcare teams
• Familiarity with neurologic recovery protocols
