What You’ll Do

• Provide critical care support to pediatric and PICU patients in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and specialized staff during shifts
• Manage patient care plans for children from birth to 18 years old
• Conduct rounds and patient assessments in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure adherence to safety and clinical protocols using Cerner EMR system
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need

• Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics
• Arizona medical license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA license
• BLS and PALS certifications
• 5+ years of PICU experience
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
