• Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
• Call schedule: 7 on/ 7off, consults only
• Due to community need, growth opportunity
• Multi-specialty group
• Must be BC/BE

• Mix of consults and revisits, approx. 8 patients per day
• Ancillary support staff and own medical assistant

• Location: Lebanon, Indiana 
• Full time
• Schedule: 4 days a week
• Call: discussed during interview process
• Single specialty group
• Must be BC/BE
• Teaching opportunity available if desired with Marian Medical School
• Average of 15-20 patients per day
• Meditech EMR
