The Radiology Jobs Center

The MDLinx Career Center provides physicians and clinicians with a one-stop resource for those who are looking for Radiology jobs in a specific location. The site provides information on U.S. healthcare jobs in over 35 specializations, including an expansive list of localized information on Radiology careers.

The site's search functions and resources are grouped into clickable, easily navigable tabs. The job search category outlines the most current Radiology careers in different states. Each clickable job opportunity includes a snapshot of essential information such as the unique radiology specialization or requirements, posting date, and employment type. Since the career landing page shows multiple listings, the applicant can also input a specific job title or keyword, location, and healthcare specialization for a more focused career search option within the radiology field, including general radiology or interventional radiology jobs.

When a job opportunity is selected, more information becomes available to the job seeker, such as comprehensive job descriptions, expansive company profiles, and contact details. There is also a button that allows the applicant to save the job opportunity or to apply for the position. This save function gives the applicant the chance to browse other job vacancies in other locations to compare employment benefits and advantages, and easily return to previously viewed jobs and searches.

The 'Job Tools' section allows job applicants to manage and track their radiology employment search progress. In this section, job seekers can look at their application history; check for alerts, and review saved jobs and job searches. These functional and user-friendly tools facilitate the employment search by allowing the applicant to check for any potential job offers or updates in one section. Whether you are seeking a tele-radiology job, general radiology job, or a more specialized fellowship-trained position, the MDLinx Career center can help you discover job openings that fit your needs.

The 'CV Profile' tab helps job seekers connect with potential employers and recruiters. This section allows the applicant to register and post their curriculum vitae. If pressed for time, another option is for the applicant to send their CV, as a pdf or Microsoft Word format, to MDLinx Career Center. The career center staff will then post the applicant's qualifications online, where recruiters and hiring managers in the field of radiology will be able to browse it and contact you to discuss openings.

There is also a resource section where job applicants can read career-related articles. The articles cover a wide-range of topics that could make the application process easier, including a variety of tips and advice for job searching in the medical field. The information provided includes tips on acing that first phone interview, finding the right healthcare career, and negotiating your employment contract after landing the job.

There is also a section of the site where job applicants will be able to look at current health career fairs across the nation, including those exhibiting radiology jobs. To help you select the right event in which to participate, the 'Career Fairs' section of the MDLinx career center provides information on the venue, dates, and contact details. There is also a button for each event that links to an online registration form. Joining these type of events is one way for job applicants to directly meet potential employers and increase your chances of landing the most suitable radiology job for you.
