Job Summary:

Our critical access hospital is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to provide expert diagnostic radiological imaging procedures to assure a high level of quality care and service to patients, physicians, and customers in and outside the Radiology Department. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently under normal and emergency circumstances.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiology procedures, including X-rays, MRI, and CT scans, using appropriate imaging equipment and techniques.
• Follow established procedures for patient identification, radiation protection, and patient positioning to ensure accurate and high-quality images.
• Work closely with physicians to ensure the appropriate imaging procedures are ordered and performed.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records for all procedures performed.
• Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated for accurate imaging results.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
