Radiology Imaging Associates (RIA) of Ocala and Daytona Beach, FL, is seeking board-certified remote radiologists for a dedicated Nighthawk teleradiology position . This is a private-practice, physician-owned group offering a high-earning potential, excellent work-life balance, and long-term stability without the influence of private equity.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation:
  • $465,000 base salary
  • $33/RVU for each RVU above 100 RVUs per shift (no cap)
    • Busy nights can yield an additional $1,500+/shift
  • $10,000 tech/CME fund
  • After 7 months: ~$40,000/year 401(k) contribution
  • Extensive internal moonlighting opportunities (hourly and per-click options)
  • W2 physicians are eligible for group cash balance plan in addition to 401(k)
  • Option for 1099 employment with 510(k)

• Schedule:
  • Set overnight schedule: 11 PM – 7 AM ET , 7 on / 14 off
  • No additional shifts required
  • Never work alone—always at least two other radiologists on shift

• Case Mix & Workload:
  • Approx. 150 cases per shift:
    • 40% CT
    • 10% US/MR
    • 50% X-ray
  • Mix of general radiology in emergency and inpatient settings
  • Subspecialty MR studies deferred to appropriate colleagues
  • Time-based value units (TVUs) to mitigate cherry-picking

• Support & Technology:
  • 24/7 in-house IT and tele-assist team (calls, critical results, troubleshooting)
  • Fuji Synapse and Agfa PACS, Powerscribe 360, Clario smart list manager
  • Rad AI used to auto-generate report impressions
  • Clinical extenders minimize phone interruptions

• Requirements:
  • Diagnostic Radiology residency training
  • ABR board-certified
  • Fellowship-trained radiologists preferred, but not required
  • Must reside and work from the U.S. or Puerto Rico
  • No international or preliminary reads
