Job Description

Cano Health is currently looking for a physician to join and deliver appropriate care for an underserved multicultural patient population in our brand new center in Chicago, IL - Back of the Yards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• 100% Outpatient 
• No Call
• Office Hours Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM
• Need is for a brand new center
• Evaluate patients, based on medical training and/or specialty, to determine the medical condition of the patient, through the performance of physical examinations, thereby, establishing a diagnosis and proposed treatment plan

Education & Experience

• Unrestricted MD or DO License
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
• Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
