Skagit Regional Health is seeking a per diem General Surgeon to help support our surgical program in Arlington, Washington. Highlights :

• Become part of a collaborative team consisting of 3 surgeons and 2 PAs.
• Share call in a rural setting covering one hospital, Cascade Valley Hospital, a Level IV Trauma Center.
• Experience in performing endoscopic procedures preferred.
• This is a hospital employed position with access to a large, existing in-house specialty care referral base.
• Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Qualifications :

• Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Board Eligible/Board Certification required.
• Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by time of start.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Shift Rate: $3,300 per 24 hour shift
• Malpractice insurance, including tail insurance, is fully covered!

• Skagit Valley Hospital is licensed for 137 beds with a Level III Trauma Center. The hospital features a full range of services including the latest surgery techniques; renal dialysis; a well-appointed Family Birth Center; comprehensive diagnostic imaging and an advanced heart and vascular institute that includes the only cardiac catheterization labs in the area.
