• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (negotiable based on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Provide advanced clinical care for cardiothoracic surgical patients
• Assist in cardiac surgeries, including performing endoscopic vein harvesting and first assisting
• Manage ICU and surgical patient care, including rounding and evaluations
• Participate in outpatient clinics and operating room coverage
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, physicians, and healthcare professionals
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results
• Develop and implement treatment plans and follow-up
• Prescribe medications and bedside procedures as needed
• Maintain detailed, high-quality documentation of all patient care
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and work independently under physician oversight
• Stay current with continuing education and organizational policies
• Thrive in a dynamic, high-stress clinical environment with flexibility and teamwork

What You Need

• Colorado Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum of 2 years of cardiothoracic or cardiovascular surgical experience
• Strong clinical skills in ICU patient management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
