• Licenses/Certifications: Active medical license in Minnesota or ability to obtain, Board Certified/Eligible in Thoracic Surgery preferred
• Experience: Prior cardiothoracic or thoracic surgery experience recommended

What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized cardiothoracic surgical care within the facility’s surgical team
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Perform thoracic and cardio thoracic procedures as required
• Participate in pre- and post-operative patient management
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction
• Document procedures and patient interactions accurately and timely
• Comply with all hospital policies and medical regulations

What You Need
Required:

• Valid medical license in Minnesota or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Thoracic Surgery
• Ability to work independently and in team settings

Preferred:

• Previous experience in cardiothoracic surgical procedures
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to schedule and patient needs
