What You’ll Do

• Perform adult cardiac surgeries, including CABG and valve repairs/replacements.
• Conduct general thoracic procedures such as tube thoracostomy, tracheostomy, bronchoscopy, VATS decortication, and lung biopsy.
• Support structural heart procedures in hybrid ORs and cath labs.
• Manage ICU high-risk cases, including Impella insertions and medical management of critically ill patients.
• Collaborate with a dedicated anesthesiology team and ancillary staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

What You Need

• Board certification or eligibility in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Kentucky medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 4+ years of surgical experience with a focus on adult cardiac and thoracic procedures.
• Ability to work independently and handle high-risk patient scenarios.
