Sentara Surgery Specialists , in Norfolk/Virginia Beach is recruiting an additional surgeon for their well-established practice. The physicians are on the faculty of Eastern Virginia Medical School and teach medical students, residents, and surgical fellows about general, thoracic, colon-rectal and oncological surgical services. Must be willing to do bread and butter general surgery. New Offices are located on the campus of Sentara Leigh Hospital , a well-equipped, 274-bed, technologically advanced, community hospital specializing in General Surgery, Orthopedic and Spine Care, Heart, Vascular, and Maternity Care. Home to the region s only 24-hour hyperbaric wound center.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $313,497.60 - $410,051.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
